Why does it matter where we're located?
The answer is - it doesn't!
We provide more than 99% of our support remotely via an internet connection so, theoretically, we can provide support anywhere in the world.
This means that
you don't have to wait - we start work immediately when you report an issue
you don't have to pay for travel costs and time
less service interruption - you can contact us when it's convenient for you
we get to work in an awesome location = very happy staff!
But of course there is that 1% of the time when we do actually need to be at your premises so most of our customers are located in the South West corner of Western Australia, from Two Rocks to Augusta and into the Wheatbelt and beyond.
