Membership
Many companies have an arrangement with their IT support whereby something breaks, you call them and they come and fix it – sometimes with a guaranteed response time. This is generally known as a “break-fix” approach.
We’re different.
Imagine employing the break-fix approach to a new car. Run it till it runs out of oil and the engine seizes up. Then call the garage and get it fixed (and be without it for weeks). Sound crazy? Of course it is! You probably get your car serviced regularly to prevent such things happening. It doesn’t mean you won’t get a flat tyre but you pay small amounts of money regularly to maintain your car rather than pay out big and be inconvenienced when it grinds to a halt.
We employ the preventative maintenance approach to keep your systems secure and running smoothly. Computers can tell us a surprising amount of information and can often give us a heads up when they’re starting to have problems. So we can deal with them at regular ‘service’ intervals and reduce the likelihood of unplanned outages. This is achieved through a membership system whereby you pay a fixed monthly fee for us to monitor your systems.
Being a member also gives you access to our team of experts, on hand to answer your call and attend to your problem immediately. Up to 99% of issues can be solved remotely!
Medical software support
We have extensive experience in supporting all major medical software packages and our team have had exposure to GP, Specialist and Hospital environments in addition to providing services to Divisions of General Practice.
We can assist in all aspects of medical software support, including data conversions and training. We can take care of all your routine and major software updates and installations.

We are preferred channel partners for Dell and recommend them for servers, PCs and laptop computers
- Kyocera - Printers and copiers
We chose Kyocera as our preferred supplier for printers because they not only have a high quality product but they have a low Total Cost of Ownership (see our article on the home page for more information about TCO). They are well suited to a doctor environment, having the ability to have a multiple tray printer with quite a small footprint and overall cost.
